What is it about?
The three means of heat transfer, radiation, conduction and convection and how we use these in engineering
How long does it last?
20 – 25 mins for 4-6 pupils
What happens?
There are three activities and one demonstration.
- Helecopter and Hot Air Balloon- (all pupils – activity)
- Radiometer & solar powered cars (all pupils – activity)
- Touch test (all pupils – activity)
- Boiling Jacuzzi (Undergraduate – demo)
